How to View the Videos Recorded by Your Dashcam？

Your dashcam videos can be accessed in several convenient ways. Choose the option that works best for you!

Method 1: View via the Miofive App

You can easily view and manage your videos through the Miofive App.

Simply download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play, connect your dashcam, and start viewing your footage anytime, anywhere.

Method 2: View on Your Computer via USB Connection

You can also connect your dashcam directly to your computer.

Follow these steps:

1. Connect the Dashcam to Your Computer

Use the included data cable to connect your dashcam to a USB port on your computer.

2. Dashcam Activation

Once connected, the dashcam will automatically power on, and the screen will display “USB Connecting…”

3. Access Dashcam Files

Open the external device that appears on your computer.

4. Locate the Videos

Navigate to CarDV → Movie → Normal to find and view your recorded video files.

Method 3: View via SD Card and Card Reader

You can also remove the SD card from your dashcam, insert it into a card reader, and connect it to your computer to view the videos directly.

Note:

Videos are saved in H.265 format. Some older computers may not support this format and might experience playback issues or decoding errors.
