You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

1. Park your car in a safe area and turn off the car engine.
2. Clean the windshield.
3. Take out the electrostatic sticker and install it in the recommended area on the windshield.
4. Clean the air bubbles between the electrostatic sticker and the windshield during the
installation.
5. Remove the protective sticker on the bracket and attach the Dash Cam to the center of the
electrostatic sticker.

The car dashcam comes with a 3" IPS LCD display, which is clear and does not obstruct your view of the road.
Parking surveillance mode is when the car recorder detects a collision, it will automatically power on and record protected video. (This feature requires the use of a hardwire kit.)
The car dash cam has a built-in adjustable G-Sensor to help record better video. It quickly captures an emergency and automatically locks the footage.
The S1 Ultra Dash Cam is powered by a supercapacitor rather than a lithium-ion battery. It is better adapted to hot and cold weather conditions and provides a more stable source of energy.
No need to buy an extra SD card; a 64GB MicroSD card has been inserted into the card slot. Supports up to a 512GB Class 10 - U3 speed microSD card (NOTE: 512GB CARD NOT INCLUDED).
Note: There are many fake cards on the market and problems related to card compatibility. We recommend Miofive Ultimate MicroSD Cards.
An optional matching Hardwire Kit (SKU: Type-C Hardwire Kit) designed for Miofive is required to power time-lapse recording when your car is parked and the ignition is turned off.
Currently, the way to upgrade the dashcam on the market is to download the firmware to the memory card. Then, install the memory card into the recorder to initiate the firmware update. However, an incorrect process can lead to update failure. After the update is complete, you will need to delete the firmware update file to avoid the hassle of running another firmware update the next time you boot up.
Although we are recording in 4K, sometimes you can’t see the details due to the mobile phone screen size. The Zoom In feature allows you to see more closely.
Think your video is too long? If you only want to select the key parts, you can use the app's online editing function to save the sections you want.
Miofive products are shipped for FREE via standard shipping and are normally delivered within 5-7 business days after receiving the order, except for holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. We ship with First Class and Priority Mail using USPS. If you prefer UPS, please select the UPS shipping method during checkout.
Please NOTE: We do NOT take responsibility for stolen packages or claims stating items were not received even after the tracking status shows that it was delivered on the carrier's website. Once the carrier's site shows that the package was delivered, we have fulfilled our service of shipping the item to you with the valid tracking number.

Resolution Options: In the event of a prolonged shipping delay beyond the estimated delivery time, we will take appropriate measures to resolve the issue. We ask that you please allow us a 14-business-day waiting period before we can take action for the desired resolution. This may include offering a replacement shipment, issuing a refund, or providing an alternative solution based on your preference and availability.
