Miofive Warranty Policy

At Miofive, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and dependable customer support. All Miofive dashcams and accessories come with a limited warranty to give you peace of mind.

Standard Warranty Coverage

- 18-month limited warranty

- Warranty begins on the date of purchase. A valid proof of purchase is required.

Regions Covered by Warranty

Warranty service is currently available for orders shipped to:

- United States

- Canada

- United Kingdom

- Australia

- European Union(EU)

Warranty support is limited to these countries.

Official Sales Channels and Warranty Scope

Miofive products purchased through our official website or Amazon official store are considered official purchases. Only purchases from these official channels are eligible for extended warranty programs.

For products purchased from platforms outside of our official sales channels, such as eBay, the standard warranty still applies to protect against manufacturer defects. However, we reserve the right to verify the product and purchase information before providing warranty service.

Free 6-Month Extended Warranty — Up to 24 Months Total

You can extend your dashcam’s warranty by 6 months for free — giving you a total of 24 months of coverage.


How to activate:

1. Open the Miofive App.

2. Log in with the email address used for your purchase.

3. Link your order number in the app.

4. Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.

Replacement & Repair Policy

- Each customer is entitled to one free dashcam replacement per order during the warranty period.

- Additional replacement requests may be subject to inspection or service fees.

- Replacements may be new or refurbished units of the same or equivalent model.

What’s Covered

The Miofive warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, within the applicable warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications

- Problems caused by third-party or non-original accessories

- Improper installation (e.g. spliced wires, non-Miofive hardwire kits)

- Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, discoloration)

- Data loss from SD card failure
