We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your Miofive Products purchase. If you need to return your dashcam for any reason, follow these steps:

Please click here and fill out the form in order to start the return process– a return label will be sent to you within 48 Hours via email. Make sure to enter the required information correctly and only use the label in the email we will be sending to avoid any delays.

Step 1: Initiate Return Request
-Log in to your account on our official website.
-Navigate to your order history.

Step 2: Provide Details
Select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.
Add any additional comments to help us better understand your request.

Step 3: Receive Return Instructions
Our support team will review your return request and provide further instructions within 1-2 business days.

Step 4: Return Shipment
Safely package the Miofive Products and all included accessories in its original packaging, if possible.
Ship the return using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Keep the tracking information for your records.

Step 5: Inspection and Refund
Once we receive the returned dashcam, our team will inspect it for any damage or missing components.
If the dashcam is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
