MIOFIVE dash cam uses loop recording to automatically overwrite older videos when the memory card is full

1. Press the "↑" button on the device to enter the Playback menu.

2. Select and open the video you want to delete.

3. Tap Delete and then select Yes to confirm.

4. The video will be removed from the memory card.

This method lets you delete videos directly from the dash cam, making it quick and convenient. However, it only supports deleting one file at a time. If you want to remove multiple videos at once, please refer to the methods below.

1. Open the app and tap Devices on the home screen.

2. Select your dash cam and enter the Album section.

3. Videos are organized into different folders.

4. Tap Cancel in the upper right corner to enter selection mode, then choose the videos you want to delete.

5. Tap Delete, then tap OK to confirm.

This method supports bulk deletion of multiple videos at once.

Please note: Videos in the "EMER Video" and "Parking Guard" folders under the "Device" section cannot be deleted through the app.

You can also delete videos by connecting your dash cam or memory card to a computer.

Option A: Connect using the included short Type C cable

1. Use the included short Type C data cable to connect the dash cam to your computer.

2. The dash cam will appear as a USB mass storage device.

3. Open the "CarDV" folder and locate your video files.

4. Select and delete the files directly on your computer.

Option B: Remove the memory card and use a card reader

1. Remove the memory card from the dash cam.

2. Insert it into a card reader, then connect the reader to your computer.

(Note: A card reader isn’ t included with the dash cam. Only memory cards bought as an accessory include one. If you don’ t have a card reader, we recommend using the included short Type C cable instead.)

3. Open the "CarDV" folder and delete any unwanted videos.
