If your rear camera is not functioning as expected, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
1.Check the power supply
Ensure that the power port supports at least 5V 2.4A to power the dashcam properly.
Please note that most USB-C ports do not meet the required power output.
USB-C also has different definitions and may interfere with the ACC ON/OFF signal.
We strongly recommend using the long power cable included in the box, preferably with the cigarette lighter charger.
2. Check the rear camera connection
Make sure the L-shaped connector of the rear camera is inserted correctly, as shown in the video below.
Also, ensure that both ends of the cable are fully plugged in.

3. Test the rear camera in PIP mode
Please check whether the rear camera is functioning properly by enabling PIP (Picture-in-Picture) mode.
